At Accent on Vision Albuquerque, we accept both medical and vision insurance plans for services. We know that insurance can be complex, which is why our skilled admin team works hard to verify any copayment or deductible amounts before check-in.
For us to verify patient eligibility and to confirm coverage for services, please provide as much insurance information as possible when scheduling an appointment. This includes:
- Patient’s Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Vision Insurance carrier and ID#
- Medical Insurance carrier and ID#
- Full Social Security Number
Or if patient is not the policy holder, please include all of the above for the patient and also include:
- Policy Holder’s Full Name
- Date of birth
- Full Social Security Number
Our admin team will reach out prior to your appointment if we require more information to verify your insurance benefits.
Payment Options:
We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), FSA/HSA benefits, and CareCredit. We DO NOT accept checks as payment.
